Second Prize at the XV Beni Trutmann Photography Contest

with No Comments

One more year, and this is the fifteen edition, the Beni Trutmann Photography Contest organized by the Consell Insular of Formentera has been held. As explained in its bases, the contest focuses from its beginnings on Formentera nature in all its facets: landscape, fauna, vegetation or human interaction with nature.

This year one of my photographs has been awarded with the second prize in the Black and White category. The photograph, titled “Scars”, shows a wood texture full of woodworm holes in a trunk used in a handcrafted dry dock in Formentera.

In addition to the award-winning photo, my other two photographs have been selected for the Photo Exhibition, which will be open at the Ajuntament Vell Exhibition Hall at Sant Francesc until May 5, from 11 am to 2 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm from Monday to Friday.
